Weight loss using this process can promote a positive change to your lifestyle and your beliefs so being healthy becomes a natural habit.
Diets are based on the feeling of DEPRIVATION and SACRIFICE, so once you finish a diet and return to eat the same as before or more because you have been deprived, you of course put the weight back on and sometimes more!
Our bodies need good quality nutritious fuel to provide the ENERGY we need to live a fulfilling life.
Through my Hypnotherapy /Coaching sessions I can support you to;
